Junior – Intermediate Level DevOps Automation Engineer
We are currently looking for a colleague with elementary or intermediate skills for DevOps and Automation area. You will be part of a special team where you will have the opportunity to contribute in meaningful ways.
Responsibilities
• You will have to work mainly in a specific team of DevOps, to be a work-load balancer (pun intended) for this team and to offer support for our colleagues in other departments
• You will have to work with different Cloud Service Providers, but mainly with AWS and Azure
• You will have to learn a lot of things in this particular area of DevOps and Automation
• You will have to provide support in different situations for your colleagues at Web Development area
• You will have to maintain, update, develop monitoring tools using latest technologies, policies and procedures
Desired Skills and Experience
• Elementary to intermediate knowledge of web programming languages and operating systems
• Elementary to intermediate knowledge of using Linux/Unix OS
• Elementary to intermediate knowledge of using Windows OS
• Elementary to intermediate knowledge of Database Administration
• Elementary to intermediate knowledge of Servers related subjects like: networking, virtualization, security, web servers, emails, etc.
• Elementary to intermediate knowledge of Cloud concepts and models: IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, etc.
• Good learner, willing to gain new skills
• Intermediate verbal & written communication skills in English
Skills to consider a plus
• Elementary to intermediate knowledge of VMWare and Hypervisor
• Elementary to intermediate knowledge of Citrix
• Elementary to intermediate knowledge of Office365
Any other skill in this domain is considered a plus and we would like to hear about it.
